After the completion of the equipment debugging and normal operation for 1 month, the customer and the joint acceptance of the equipment.

✔ The warranty period of the equipment parts is 1 year, and the control system is 2 years. (starting from the arrival time of the goods)


✔ Strictly implement the relevant provisions of the state to implement the "three guarantees" for products. In case of artificial damage to parts and components, negotiate with users to charge appropriate parts costs.


✔ After the installation, debugging and acceptance of the equipment, under the condition of uninterrupted operation, make the first service satisfaction survey, follow-up service every 2 months, listen to users' opinions, guide customers to maintain and maintain the machine tool, and make detailed use and repair service records.


✔ From the date of delivery of the machine tool according to the user's use of the machine tool maintenance service tracking files, for reference; We can provide customers with the technical information and accessories list of our equipment; In the service life of the machine, according to the needs of users to ensure timely supply of equipment parts and wearing parts.


✔ After the end of the warranty period, appropriate maintenance fees will be charged according to the fault situation, and lifelong maintenance is promised.
